The Amici della Scala association, within the Together for culture project (TfC project), promotes a new competition for doctoral dissertations in musicology disciplines.

The competition is open to all those PhD graduates who have discussed their thesis in the last three academic years, on subjects such as Music history, Ethnomusicology, Musical analysis, Aesthetics of Music, Musical dramaturgy and others similar disciplines.

All works will be judged by a member of the TfC project joined by a panel of three respected academics, chosen accordingly to the specific topics of the selected dissertations.

The winning dissertation will be presented at a public award ceremony in Milan and published on the TfC project’s website.
