After 26 years, Claudio Abbado is back to conduct at La Scala. For the first time since 1986, tonight the Maestro is going to take the podium to lead the Filarmonica, along with the Orchestra Mozart di Bologna. To accompany him in Chopin’s Concerto No. 1 there will be Daniel Barenboim as piano soloist. The program of this extraordinary event, dedicated to the Vidas association, will continue with Mahler’s Sixth symphony.
